Welcome to YODER COLLISION DEPOT, INC.. By engaging our freight transportation and logistics services, you're agreeing to the framework we've built to protect your cargo and our operations. We've simplified these terms to ensure they're readable for our partners in Louisville and beyond.

1. Scope of Services

YODER COLLISION DEPOT, INC. provides comprehensive transportation services including transit, forwarding, and cargo delivery. While we're masters of the road, our liability is defined by the specific transit agreements signed at the point of origin. We don't just move boxes; we manage the integrity of your supply chain.

2. Client Responsibilities

You'll need to ensure all cargo is properly packaged and documented. Incomplete paperwork? That's the primary cause of transit delays. Our team will assist with standard forwarding requirements, but the ultimate declaration of goods rests with the shipper.

3. Warehousing Terms

For clients utilizing our warehouses for freight transportation, storage is subject to our standard volumetric calculations. We're committed to the security of your transit assets, but we advise all partners to maintain independent insurance for high-value cargo.

4. Payment & Cancellation

Invoices are due within 30 days of transit completion unless otherwise negotiated. What happens if you need to cancel a route? We require 24-hour notice to avoid baseline dispatch fees. It's only fair to our drivers who are already geared up.
